What information we collect
- Data you give us:name, ID, email, phone and address when you buy, write to us, subscribe or use our forms.
- Order data:products, amounts, payment and delivery status.
- Technical data:IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies.
- Conversations with the virtual assistant:the messages you write in the chat.
What we use it for
To process and deliver your orders, handle your requests, issue invoices, prevent fraud, improve the site and, only if you authorize it, send you news and offers. We do not sell your data.

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (cart, session, security) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings; some store features may stop working.
Who we share information with
Only with those needed to provide the service: the ePayco payment gateway, carriers, hosting, security and analytics providers (for example, Google), the virtual assistant’s technology provider, and authorities when required by law.

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), firewalls and access controls. No system is 100% infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.
Minors
Our sales are aimed at adults. Orders for children’s products must be placed by parents or legal guardians. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.
