1. Who we are

2. Use of the site
The site is for personal, lawful use. It is forbidden to try to access systems or data without authorization, to mass-copy its content, to interfere with its operation or to use it for fraudulent purposes.
3. Products, prices and information
- Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Photographs are for reference. Color may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
- Availability depends on inventory. If a product is unavailable after your order, we will let you know and you can choose another product or receive a full refund of what you paid.
- If we detect an obvious pricing or information error, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid, with prior notice.
4. Purchase process
An order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email and payment is credited. You are responsible for making sure the contact and delivery details you enter are correct and complete.
5. Payment methods
Payments are processed through the ePayco gateway, which has its own security measures. SoyIMPAR does not store your card data. We may reject or cancel orders when there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, after validating with the buyer.
6. Shipping, exchanges, returns and warranty
These are governed by ourShipping policyand by theReturns, exchanges and warranty policy, which are part of these terms. Nothing here limits the rights that Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) grants you.
7. Intellectual property
The designs, prints, photographs, texts, logos, the SoyIMPAR brand and the slogan #QuieroImpardeMedias belong to SoyIMPAR or its owners and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without written authorization.
8. Virtual assistant (Parce IMPAR)
The site includes an AI assistant that guides you on products. Its answers are guidance only and may contain errors: valid prices, sizes, availability and conditions are always those shown on the product page and in the cart. Do not share sensitive data, passwords or card details with the assistant. Its messages may be processed by a technology provider, as explained in thePersonal data processing policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoyIMPAR is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control (internet, payment gateway or third-party failures), for misuse of the site, or for indirect damages arising from its use. This clause does not affect the legal warranty or the consumer’s inalienable rights.
10. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party pages (for example, social networks). We do not control their content or policies.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page and applies to orders placed from its publication.
12. Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For requests, complaints, claims or suggestions (PQRS) write to girartex.sas@gmail.com or via WhatsApp; we will reply within the following fifteen (15) business days. You may also go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), Colombia’s consumer protection authority.
